By participating in any contests organized by ArtSmart, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility

1.2 Participants must submit their entries within the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
1.3 Employees of ArtSmart and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contests.
2. Submission Guidelines
2.1 All entries must be original and created by the participant. Plagiarized or copied works will result in disqualification.
2.2 Participants can submit up to the maximum number of entries specified for the contest.
2.3 Artworks must comply with the format, size, and medium requirements mentioned in the contest rules (e.g., A4, digital format, etc.).
2.4 The submitted work must not include offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content.
3. Entry Fee
3.1 For contests that require an entry fee, the payment must be completed during the submission process.
3.2 Entry fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Judging and Results
4.1 The decision of the jury or judges will be final and binding.
4.2 Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the contest theme (if applicable).
4.3 Winners will be announced on the official ArtSmart website and/or social media platforms.
5. Prizes and Recognition
5.1 Prizes may include certificates, medals, cash rewards, or other items as specified in the contest announcement.
5.2 ArtSmart reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or higher value if necessary.
5.3 Winners are responsible for providing accurate information for prize delivery. ArtSmart will not be held liable for prizes lost due to incorrect or incomplete details.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 By submitting an entry, participants grant ArtSmart the right to use, reproduce, and display their work for promotional purposes (with due credit to the artist).
6.2 Participants retain ownership of their original artworks.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
7.1 Participants’ personal information will be collected solely for the purpose of contest administration.
7.2 ArtSmart will not share personal details with third parties without prior consent.
8. Disqualification
8.1 ArtSmart reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates the contest rules or terms and conditions.
- Submits false information during registration.
8.2 Disqualified participants will not be eligible for any prizes or recognition.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 In no event will ArtSmart, its owners, or any third parties associated with this platform be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions, arising out of the use or inability to use this website, participation in contests, submission of artworks, or reliance on information provided. This limitation applies to all claims based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ArtSmart has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This also includes any issues arising from linked third-party websites or materials referenced within our site.
9.2 Participants agree to release ArtSmart from any liability related to their participation in the contest.
10. Amendments
10.1 ArtSmart reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
11. Agreement
By participating in ArtSmart contests, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
