🎨 What is Accepted

Painting, drawing with Pencil, Pen, Charcoal, Watercolor, Oil, Acrylic, Crayon, Ink, Mixed Media, Poster Colors are eligible. Artificial intelligence-generated art (AI-ART) is also not accepted for the competition.

Formats: JPG or PNG format only.

Categories:

Group A: 5–15 years
Group B: 16 years and above

Professionals and students are welcome to participate.

🔶 Entry Fee

A nominal entry fee is applicable per artwork—₹99

🏆 Prizes

Winners will be awarded Gold, Silver, Bronze medals.
Shortlisted participants will receive digital certificates.
Participation certificates will be available to all valid entries.

🚫 What is Not Accepted

Artwork copied from internet sources, traced, AI-generated, or plagiarized.
No quotes, slogans, or text on the artwork.
No violent, offensive, religiously sensitive, or adult content.
Craft works or sculptures are not accepted.
Submissions violating any rule will be disqualified.

🖌️ Submission Guidelines

Participants may submit up to 3 artworks.
Each artwork must be original and made by the participant.
Fill in correct details: Name, Age, City, and Email.
Email ID must be valid – your e-certificate will be sent here.
Double-check your artwork before submitting. Changes after submission are not allowed.

Who can participate in the Art Smart Online Art Contest?

The contest is open to everyone! Whether you’re a beginner, hobbyist, or professional artist, all age groups above 5 years are welcome to participate.

What types of artworks are accepted?

We accept all forms of artwork, including handmade and digital art. There are no restrictions on theme, size, or medium. You can submit paintings and drawings. Please note digital art and photographs are not accepted in all contests. please refer participation guidelines for each contest.

Is there an entry fee?

Yes, the entry fee is Rs.299 per artwork. However, we offer an early bird discount of 50%, available for a limited time. Please check Contest Details for the same

How many artworks can I submit?

You can submit a minimum of 1 artwork and up to a maximum of 5 artworks. Each artwork is eligible for a separate prize.

What are the age categories for participation?

Participants are divided into two age categories:
05-15 years
16 years and above

How will the winners be decided?

Winners will be selected based on the quality of the artwork by a panel of well-known, professional, and eminent jury members.

How will I receive my participation certificate?

Every participant will receive an E-certificate via E-mail within 48 hours of submitting their artwork.

Can I win more than one prize?

Yes! Each of your artworks will be considered for a separate prize. A single participant can win up to 5 prizes for 5 different artworks. Free Contests might allow only one artwork per participant. See contest details.

Where will the contest results be announced?

The contest results will be announced on our website artsmart.in and Instagram page @be.artsmart

How can I pay the entry fee?

The entry fee can be paid online via the payment gateway provided on the contest registration page.
